Sorry for dumb usbpro v1 query

Hi

Have above which haven't used for a few years. Dowloaded latest drivers, fw, update tool from TX and think I've updated properly. Can you just clarify one issue:

When you look at usbpro from the side with the reset switch to the left of the on/off...

Which way is on and which way off???
