Anyone knows what this is called?

Found a destroyed computer on the street, and grabbed a nice 120mm fan. Works and stuff, but as seen on the picture it lacks one of the things inside. As im not english, i don't know what it's called, so i cant search for a replacment.

Anyone knows what its called, or better, have one they don't use? :D
