Hitachi Gives Error when windows try's to install Drivers

So i just reformated my computer and before i did everything worked great so i know this should work fine im just missing something.

So i am trying to flash a couple Hitachi DVD drives i have and i can send B-Mode and then the computer detects it but when i try scan and windows tries to install the drivers it get s yellow ! so i check that error it states the Registry is damaged or coruppt and i tried googling about this but with no luck.

any help would be great i have a couple clients with Hitachi's coming by the next couple days need to figure out what i am missing
